Central Lofts is a locally owned and operated rental company. We are local downtowners trying our best to give you an ideal place to balance work, life and play.

We have over 30 residential units and 4 commercial store fronts located in the Historical Central Office Building. This building has undergone recent renovations, turning a once dull office building into your next beautiful loft. If a house is what you’re after, we also have over 30 houses located all over the QC area. Central lofts is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. They have dedicated their lives to the residential rental industry. Combined, this team has a total of over 38 years of experience.
